CELTA in Marseille is delivered at English on Mars, a language school and teacher training centre based in the heart of Marseille. Founded in 2018, English on Mars has built a strong reputation for high-quality English language teaching and teacher development. Our team brings together many years of experience in English language education in France and internationally, with a shared commitment to supportive, learner-centered training. Our premises are located in 42, rue Roux de Brignoles, in the Préfecture district of Marseille’s 6th arrondissement, within easy reach of Metro Line 1 (Estrangin/Préfecture), Tram T2 (Place de Rome) and several bus routes (RTM lines 41, 49, 55, 60, 61 81). We are just a short walk from the Vieux-Port, Noailles, Vauban and Cours Julien, it is ideally placed to experience the city during your CELTA course.

Training takes place across our well-equipped city-centre premises, with spacious, air-conditioned classrooms designed for focused, practical learning. The centre provides a professional and welcoming environment for intensive teacher training, with everything in place to support your CELTA experience from day one. Whether you are joining us from Marseille, elsewhere in France, or abroad, The ELT Hub and English on Mars offer the opportunity to train in an established teaching centre while experiencing one of the Mediterranean’s most vibrant and characterful cities. Next to our centre, there are many good and local bakeries, supermarkets, cafes, delicatessens and also the Jardin de la colline Puget where you can have lunch enjoying the view of the city and the Mediterranean sea.
